dt77 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dt77 ("dt77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dt77 website located at https://dt77.ws, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, games, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on dt77, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dt77 Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the dt77 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must meet ALL of the following conditions to register and maintain an account on dt77:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dt77 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to hold an account or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform;
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated programs may not hold player accounts;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been excluded from the dt77 Platform previously;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of dt77 or any of its affiliated gaming providers;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of dt77 services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions govern your dt77 account:

• One Account Rule: Each player may hold only one dt77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts;
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false identity information is a serious breach of these Terms;
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. dt77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure;
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify dt77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach;
• Non-Transferability: Your dt77 account, including any balance, bonuses, and rewards, is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

dt77 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA is supported on all major Pakistani mobile networks including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, and Warid.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the dt77 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Payment Methods: dt77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and the 1LINK interbank transfer network;
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out in the Cashier section of your Account Dashboard and may vary by payment method;
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. dt77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule;
• Source of Funds: By depositing on dt77, you confirm that all funds are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity;
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

dt77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, PSL cricket season promotions, Eid and Ramazan reload offers, weekly cashback, and referral bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms page;
• Validity Period: Bonus offers are valid for a specified period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically;
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards fulfilling wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution rates as specified in each promotion;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your dt77 account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus Abuse: dt77 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of bonus offers, arbitrage betting, or collusion to meet wagering requirements artificially. Such activity will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension;
• Modification & Withdrawal: dt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dt77 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one dt77 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any dt77 game or system feature — any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Conducting any transaction that dt77 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or fraud;
• Using the dt77 Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the dt77 software, games, or systems;
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to harass, threaten, or abuse dt77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the dt77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, logos, text, audio, video, icons, user interface designs, and the dt77 brand name and mark — is the exclusive property of dt77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

By accessing the dt77 Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the dt77 Platform or its content;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the dt77 software or games;
• Use the dt77 name, logo, or brand marks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation from dt77;
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the dt77 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of dt77's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dt77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the dt77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to technical interruptions, network failures, or server downtime;
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain appropriate credential security;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, or UBL;
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Platform;
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

dt77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

dt77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and dt77 provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

All registered dt77 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect or increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or hard stops on individual gaming session lengths. You will receive an on-screen notification when approaching your session time limit;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your dt77 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to several weeks — without permanently closing your account;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion from the dt77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the elected exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing in a given session are available and can be configured in Account Settings.

10 Termination & Account Closure

Either you or dt77 may terminate your account and end the agreement governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following provisions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your dt77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements;
• Closure by dt77: dt77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice where you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation;
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Any bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Verified withdrawable cash balances will be returned subject to any outstanding investigation;
• Survival: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to dt77's operating jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that dt77 operates under international gaming frameworks and that these Terms represent the entire agreement between you and dt77 concerning your use of the Platform.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, contact the dt77 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly at this stage;
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to dt77's designated complaints handler. Details of this process will be provided by the support team;
• Step 3 — External Review: Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, dt77 will engage with the appropriate dispute resolution process under the regulations of its operating jurisdiction.

dt77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints fairly and in a timely manner. Response times may vary based on the complexity of the complaint, but dt77 targets a first response to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendment may include changes to applicable law or regulation, changes to the services dt77 offers, corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms, or other operational reasons.

Where dt77 makes a material change to these Terms, we will notify registered players by one or more of the following methods:

• An on-screen notification displayed at your next login to the dt77 Platform;
• A notification sent to the email address registered on your dt77 account;
• A prominent notice published on the dt77 website at https://dt77.ws/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the dt77 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the updated Terms come into effect.
